Today marks the reveal of 111 Murray Street’s expansive full-floor Penthouse Two, now on the market for no less than $40 million. At 7,488 square feet, the full-floor residence offers five-bedrooms and six-and-a-half-bathrooms, and stunning 360-degree views. Last we checked in two months ago, the Kohn Pederson Fox-designed tower had just received its glass skin and sales of its 157 residences were off to a robust start.
Designed by David Mann of MR Architecture + Decor, Penthouse Two’s one-of-a-kind interior is defined by a refined palette of warm and natural materials, including stone slabs and oak flooring arranged in a modern herringbone pattern. The 1,500-square-foot glass-wrapped grand room offers north and east exposures from its height of 63 floors, soaring 12-foot ceilings, and a marble fireplace.

Luxuriously adorned, the expansive kitchen features walls of glass and custom Molteni cabinetry in cerused white oak with soft black metal trim. An oversized island complete with hand-selected marble slabs seats five.

The corner master bedroom suite encompasses 1,300 square feet and offers dual master baths inside massive dressing rooms. Each includes separate showers, private water closets, custom white marble slab vanities with Dornbracht fittings, and fixtures in a custom soft black matte finish. The space is complete with a freestanding BlueStone soaking tubs offering prime city views, as well as a private outdoor terrace.

Also among Penthouse Two’s offerings is a high-performance multi-zone heating and cooling system offering filtered fresh air, a utility room with a sink and side-by-side washer and vented dryer, and a reverse osmosis water filtration system.

Rivaling Mann’s interior artistry, the building’s exterior landscapes feature design by AD100 landscape architect Edmund Hollander, and its lobby and amenity spaces feature finishes by David Rockwell.

From the private aircraft concierge service to the exclusive DryBar, no service was left unaddressed. The building’s comprehensive amenities package encompasses over 20,000 square feet and includes a Turkish hammam, a private dining room, a 75-foot lap pool, a children’s splash pool with interactive water jets, a spa with private treatment rooms, multiple saunas, a fitness center with a movement studio, a teen arcade, and a media room.

Located in the heart of Tribeca, 111 Murray rises alongside some of the city’s most established and sought-after culinary destinations, as well as easy access to the 1, 2, A, C and E trains, as well as N, Q, R, J, Z and 6 trains several blocks east. The neighborhood is also served by several bus lines and is within close proximity of the World Trade Center PATH station.
