U.S. Immigration Fund’s regional centers have received full approval as designated regional centers by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Each year, the U.S. government reserves 3,000 green cards for foreign investors who invest in designated regional centers through the EB-5 Visa Program. These initiatives enjoy full government support as they stimulate the economy, generate at least ten jobs per investment, and promote community development while providing access to green cards for foreign investors and their families. U.S. Immigration Fund maintains regional centers in Florida, New Jersey, New York and North Carolina. Each regional center works with international investors, real estate developers, local municipalities and attorneys to develop properties that enhance their local landscapes and economies, create jobs and ensure EB-5 visas for investors.
Projects include VM Fund in Boca Raton, Florida; Harborside Place in Jupiter, Florida; The Charles in New York City; and 88 Kushner-KABR in Jersey City, New Jersey.
