A week after sales launched for the 125 Greenwich Street
luxury condominium skyscraper, we have the first look at the construction site progress beginning with the first few stories.
The highly-anticipated skyscraper designed by award- wining architect, Rafael Vinoly, along with March & White, will rise 88 stories tall with 273 apartments upon completion. With floor to ceiling windows throughout each unit, and curved glass windows on each corner, 125 Greenwich Street offers unparalleled features and major selling points. Prices for each luxury unit start at $1.2 Million for a 418 and 665 square foot studio to over $4.6 Million for a three bedroom ranging from 1,932 to 3,960 square feet.
Developers, Bizzi & Partners and Vector Group, revealed further details about the project; The top three floors of the 912-foot tower will include amenities such as an infinity pool, fitness center and yoga studio, and private dining and event space with panoramic views of Manhattan.
125 Greenwich Street is one of U.S. Immigration Fund’s 24 projects. U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF) is America’s leading foreign direct investment firm raising EB-5 capital for world renowned investment opportunities in real estate across the United States. Each project must create a minimum of 10 full-time jobs for American workers. Over 5,000 jobs were created for the 125 Greenwich Street tower.
Construction is scheduled to be complete in less than two years with initial move in dates beginning September 2019.
