Excavation Underway at USIF EB-5 Project, 29th and 5th in NoMad

Excavation work for USIF EB-5 project, 29th & 5th has begun for the proposed 34-story, 551 foot-tall skyscraper at 3 West 29th Street in NoMad. Located just blocks from the Empire State Building, 29th & 5th will offer 300,000 square feet of A+ class office space, complete with palatial glass walls and staggered terraces along the eastern side of the building. The structure is expected to rise above street level this year.

Developed by HFZ and designed by Bjarke Ingels, their collaborative vision is focused on creating the next generation of wellness and sustainability in the heart of Manhattan known as NoMad (North of Madison Square), boasting one of the strongest markets in New York City.

29th & 5th incorporates LEED certified design and a highly amenitized offering package promoting connectivity, collaborative work spaces and fitness options to foster a new concept of wellness and sustainability in the workplace.
