The latest Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG)-designed project hit another milestone as the taller portion of the XI buildings topped out this week. Now the tallest building in the area at 400 feet, the 76thEleventh Avenue “I” building in Chelsea has swiftly ascended by 34 stories in the last 7 months. New images show the fast-moving construction, and work steadily progressing.

76thEleventh Avenue, a U.S. Immigration FundEB-5 Project, occupies a premier location on the elevated Highline park, and is the only project of its caliber with direct access to the 1.45-mile-long (2.23 km) Highline park. The 400-foot-tall tower will be comprised of one to four bedroom residences. One-bedrooms will start at $2.8 million, two-bedrooms from $3.9 million, three-bedrooms from $6.5 million, and four-bedrooms from $9 million. The building will also include half-floor penthouses, starting at $25 million. With a completion date slated for the fourth quarter of 2019, the XI will have 236 residences along the bustling Highline Park.
