Andreea Popa

Andreea Popa has a proven track record of building and scaling MarCom and MarTech platforms in the financial services industry. She develops data-driven strategies to elevate brand positioning, strengthen investor engagement, and support capital formation and business development across the firm’s U.S. real estate development portfolio. She leads U.S. Immigration Fund’s (USIF) global brand, marketing strategy, and investor communications across 20 international markets.

Throughout her career, she has been recognized for modernizing marketing infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, and delivering high-impact go-to-market strategies. Her work spans global campaigns, strategic events, and multimedia initiatives designed to generate and deepen client and centers of influence relationships.

Previously, she led marketing and communications for a $56 billion AUM Equity Capital Markets business comprising investment banking, capital markets, institutional research, sales, and trading at D.A. Davidson. Prior, she held leadership roles at leading middle-market investment banks Intrepid Investment Bankers (NYSE: MUFG) and Houlihan Lokey (NYSE: HLI). Notably, at Intrepid, she built and scaled the firm’s marketing and communications function from inception through acquisition, contributing to measurable growth in client engagement and deal origination. She began her career at Standard & Poor's (NYSE: SPGI) within the Ratings Information, Products & Services division, contributing to the development and commercialization of flagship financial market intelligence products.

Andreea has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the “Most Influential Marketers” and honored as a “Business Woman of the Year” by CEO Magazine.
