A new Drybar is open in New York – and its services are exclusively for the residents at 111 Murray.

The developers for the project, Fisher brother, Witkoff and New Valley negotiated a deal with Drybar for its residents. The setup allows residents to schedule an appointment quickly by calling the concierge. “Drybar serves as an extension of our unrivaled amenities package, and is a coveted brand our residents know and trust. We see it as another tool in the toolbox of delivering the ultimate luxurious residential experience,” said Lauren Witkoff, executive vice president of Witkoff. “From the beginning, we wanted 111 Murray Street residents to feel like they could have every modern convenience at their fingertips,” she stated.

The residents-only salon is part of 111 Murray’s wellness environment which provides residents with an “immersive and restorative experience” according to the 111 Murray website. The two-chair shop is a vision brought to life by Drybar’s architect, Josh Heitler.

The Drybar’s signature custom elements products are all essential aspects of the design. The hammam, or Turkish bath, is central to the spa area with modern heated, sculpted marble beds and carved sinks. The Drybar, treatment rooms and sauna all complete the wellness spa space.

111 Murray is a U.S. Immigration Fund EB-5 project. To see if you qualify for the EB-5 program click here.
