New York City’s Latest Addition The Eleventh will feature Six Senses Hotel & Retail Space on the High Line

The Eleventh, a U.S. Immigration Fund EB-5 project, is home to the first Six Senses Hotel location in the United States, as well as luxury condominiums and 85,000 square feet of retail along the High Line.

Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group and developed by Ziel Feldman at HFZ Capital Group, the Eleventh will take up an entire block between West 17th and 18th and 10th and 11th avenues. The entire project consists of two towers that seemingly “dance” with one another – each tower is designed out of mutual consideration of the other.

The Eleventh has made strides since topping out in March and progress is on schedule. In addition to the Six Senses hotel, the hotel group has allocated 55,000 square feet for retail that will include food and beverage, as well as a spa and wellness center.

Additionally, 30,000 square feet of retail space will be curated and leased by Beth Rosen, who is heading up a Ripco team. The retail space is located on the ground and second floors with 12-foot ceilings and run along West 17th and the length of 11th Avenue as well as wrapping around the corner into West 18th Street.

There are two 1,500 square-foot store front locations – one is halfway down the block on West 18th street with access to the High Line and the second is adjacent to the Six Senses’ signature restaurant that extends from 10th Avenue Plaza.

Restaurants, fashion, art galleries and lifestyle brands are all being targeted by Ripco.
