The AILA Annual Conference is scheduled to take place June 26-29, 2013, in San Francisco, California. The four-day conference is the largest gathering of the immigration law community each year, and offers a comprehensive educational program and CLE offerings with over 125 substantive sessions. Speakers come from around the world to represent different facets of the industry, from immigration agencies to personal immigration attorneys.

USIF principles plan to attend in order to meet and reconnect with other industry professionals and supporters, as well as learn about new developments and changes to the laws and practices that affect EB-5 immigration.

The conference is holding a series of sessions and opportunities for speakers to present topics ranging from the fundamental basics of EB-5 investment and immigration to statutory bars to asylum and withholding of removal.
