The U.S. Immigration Fund EB-5 project, TSX Broadway is moving along as the project’s hotel, The Times Square EDITION will officially open March 12th. Located at 701 Seventh Avenue on the corner of 47th Street, the hotel is hosting a preview on February 19th as an opportunity for customers to sample the hotels amenities, rooms and offerings. The Times Square EDITION features 452 guest rooms with four levels of public space that includes a 5,000 square foot performance venue, a 1,900 square foot studio, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a lobby lounge deck which is located on the check in level. One of the hotel’s most anticipated features are the dining selections, led by Times Square’s first-ever Michelin – star chef, John Fraser.
The thought behind the exquisite food and beverage options is precise and distinct, with selections that cater to every palette. The dining options range from the EDITION’S 701 West fine dining restaurant, which seats 55 guests in the main dining room, plus additional terrace seating. The ninth floor boasts a 14,000 square foot indoor/outdoor space and is home to the Terrace Restaurant and Outdoor gardens, serving as the hotel’s all-day American brasserie. The main dining room seats 85 guests, and the outdoor portion of the restaurant on the terrace is designed to be enjoyed throughout the seasons. There is also an outdoor beer garden consisting of 5,800 square feet and an event deck overlooking Times Square. To top off the dining options, there is a 10th floor lobby bar and lounge as well as terrace seating overlooking Times Square.
The performance venue, “The Paradise Club” is a cabaret venue located on the seventh floor, and will showcase work from Anya Sapozhinkova, Justin Conte, Matthew Dailey and Kate Burke of House of Yes. The Paradise Club will hold ongoing performances based on William Blake’s “The Marriage of Heaven and Hell.”
The EDITION Hotels is a brand conceived by Ian Schrager in partnership with Marriott International, and marked by their growing collection of unique luxury properties. Contrasting it’s ever-illuminated – billboard studded location, the EDITION Times Square is designed with black and white art featuring snapshots of the city throughout the 1930s through 1990s and over 3,000 plants and trees. The hotel also includes 76,000 square feet of retail space.

The West Hollywood EDITION, another U.S. Immigration project, is scheduled to open in April 2019.
