The property for The Charles is located at 1355 First Avenue, New York, NY 100211. The 5,100 sq. ft. parcel of land upon which the building will be constructed is located on the west side of First Avenue between 72nd and 73rd Streets in the Borough of Manhattan (New York County), NY. VIEW PROJECT
