EB-5 Project – Brooklyn, NY
U.S. Immigration Fund partnered with developer Forest City Ratner Companies and Greenland Holdings Group to assist with the financing of the third phase of the Atlantic Yards project. Since re-branded to Pacific Park Brooklyn, the project is recognized as the new heart of Brooklyn. The 7-block neighborhood features MTA Transit improvements, a new Long Island Railroad Yard and 14 new residential buildings with affordable, rental and condominium homes.
