U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF) sponsors and oversees new commercial enterprises (NCEs) that raise capital from accredited foreign investors seeking U.S. residency through the EB-5 Program.
USIF’s experienced team includes professionals with a background in real estate development, commercial lending, construction, finance, legal and marketing. Our team’s responsibilities include structuring the investment, managing the EB-5 process, and deploying capital into development projects.
The NCEs make loans or equity investments into job-creating development projects. These projects typically involve large-scale commercial or residential construction, designed to generate permanent U.S. jobs in compliance with EB-5 criteria.
Across our USCIS-designated Regional Centers, we partner with experienced developers to structure and administer EB-5 financing for qualified projects. USIF serves as a bridge between qualified investors and experienced developers across the United States. Our role is to provide investors with a structured, compliant pathway to permanent U.S. residency through carefully managed job-creating investments. Click here to view our projects.
