Expanding Global Presence

As we reflect on 2025, USIF further strengthened its global presence by expanding operations across Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Throughout the year, we strengthened investor engagement by adding regional leadership and advancing landmark EB-5 projects, including major infrastructure developments and a nationwide portfolio of mixed-use and residential developments in high-unemployment and rural areas.

With EB-5 demand rising and key policy protections available through September 30, 2026, we continue to provide investors with clarity, confidence, and carefully vetted opportunities. As we look ahead to 2026, USIF remains committed to delivering secure, compliant, and impactful EB-5 solutions—helping families pursue U.S. residency while contributing to long-term economic growth.
