Riverwalk Project Overview and Contract Details

The new design-build seawall, composed of a cold-formed cantilevered sheet pile design by Coastal Systems International, Inc., and a cast-in-place bulkhead system, will also span approximately 1,100 linear feet. Included is an adjacent public dock area with 209 linear feet of marginal dock with nine public boat slips for a total of 1,164 square feet.

“The development is certainly going to be a regional destination for Jupiter’s residents and tourists alike,” said Nick Mastroianni, developer of Harbourside Place. Phase one will be to build the Riverwalk, which includes installing benches, shade structures, and decorative lighting. It’s going to be a beautiful public amenity where people will be able to come and enjoy the Intracoastal Waterway. “We are excited to be a part of this transformational project in the Town of Jupiter,” said Scott Moss, President of Moss & Associates.

Groundbreaking for the Riverwalk at Harbourside Place, Jupiter, and the adjacent $144 million mixed-use development of Harbourside Place will take place on June 28. Moss will begin construction of the Riverwalk component on July 1.
