AREA15 is getting ready to bring entertainment to the next level.

The District began its expansion to introduce new attractions including the Universal Parks’ Halloween Horror Nights and salvaged Boeing 747 aircraft.

The first walls of the 20-acre expansion ascended on Wednesday.

“Today we raise the walls on our next exciting incarnation, which will enable AREA15 to bring more best-of-class experiential entertainment to Las Vegas and the global audiences who travel here every year,” said Winston Fisher in a news release, chief executive officer of AREA15.

The newest development features a 110,000-square-foot building located on the southern end along Interstate 15.

The expansion is expected to feature over 450,000 square feet of attractions, curated retail, unique entertainment, and food and beverage destinations.
