U.S. Immigration Fund has worked tirelessly to support the EB-5 Program and the efforts for the U.S. Congress to pass new legislation that will improve the EB-5 Program and enable the Program to have an even larger positive impact on the U.S. economy.  We support the consensus bill before Congress that is backed by a majority of the members of the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate. The consensus legislation is user-friendly and makes important improvements to the EB-5 Legislative landscape.  We look forward to the consensus bill being passed over the next few weeks.
