EB-5 Regional Center Lawsuits Receive Favorable Preliminary Injunction Ordering the Immediate Start of the EB-5 Regional Center Program

Effective June 23, 2022, The Federal Court for the Northern District of California granted and ordered USCIS to stop treating formerly deauthorized designated EB-5 regional centers as such and they must be permitted to operate. A final judgement affirming the ruling is expected soon.
