The hotel, which was originally due to open in Q4 2023, will be located within One High Line’s East Tower, by the High Line and Hudson River.

Faena New York will comprise 120 rooms and suites, each boasting ‘breathtaking views and decor’. Residents will be able to enjoy access to a number of amenities, including ‘innovative culinary concepts’ at its 5,000-square-foot restaurant helmed by a ‘renowned celebrity chef’ and a healing sanctuary at its 17,000-square-foot spa, Tierra Santa Healing House.

Faena Rose members will also enjoy exclusive entry into The Living Room, an elevated setting with live entertainment, private dining, and outdoor terraces.

There are currently two existing Faena locations in Miami Beach, Florida and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In 2021, Faena founder Alan Faena and his business partner Len Blavatnik, together with Sébastien Bazin, chairman and CEO of Accor, announced the launch of a global strategic partnership focused on expanding the Faena brand around the globe.
