The U.S. Immigration Fund recently announced that it has selected Exclusive Visas to market its future projects to EB-5 investors and to assist in the formation of the EB-5 regional center.

Exclusive Visas is an EB-5 consulting firm that draws on the 40 combined years of immigration expertise of its team members. It will also help market the U.S. Immigration Fund and the EB-5 investment opportunities it presents through its network of international referral agents and at trade shows.

The first project planned for the U.S. Immigration Fund is Harbourside Place in Jupiter, Florida. A hotel, parking garage and restaurant, as well as retail and office space will be built along the city’s waterfront.

The President of the U.S. Immigration Fund, Nicholas Mastroianni III, feels the project will meet the needs of investors.

“We believe Harbourside will exceed the job creation quota because it not only provides jobs for the construction and maintenance of the project, but it will also be home to new and existing businesses, restaurants and retail shops,” he said.

Exclusive Visas co-founder Joe Sloboda said that his company is excited to be working with the U.S. Immigration Fund.

“We are very proud to be part of this project,” he said.

Sloboda also added that members of Exclusive Visas are taking the developers of the U.S. Immigration Fund on a trip to China and Hong Kong next week to introduce them to investors and emigration agents and to participate in two events that will showcase EB-5 investment opportunities to interested Chinese applicants.
