The construction crew has made substantial progress on this phase since the last update, with construction of the seawall at Harborside Place almost complete. They have one final pour of 250 linear feet of concrete left and look to have this in place and cured by the end of next week. Today, the crew installed 10 timber pilings for the dock and look to have all piling installations completed by the end of next week. They will then look to complete the dock system by installing the joists and stringers. Photos and descriptions follow below.

Harbour Land Construction Update,
September 16, 2011:
Since the last update, our construction team has made substantial progress; the Harbour Land seawall is nearly complete. They only need to fill the final 250 feet of concrete, which will be finished by the end of next week. To date, the construction team has installed 10 pier piles, and all are expected to be completed by the end of next week. After that, the necessary joists and longitudinal beams for the pier will be installed. Please see the image gallery description below for details.
The final retaining wall caps at the harbor site are 75% complete.
The construction team continues installing the wooden piles for the new pier at the harbor site.
The team continues to build new roads to meet the anticipated traffic growth in the harbor area.
