Harbourside Place Developers and the Town of Jupiter receive Grant Monies from the State of Florida to construct Riverwalk

The Harbourside Place development project located in Jupiter, Florida is rapidly taking shape.

As part of the overall project, the developer, Allied Capital & Development of South Florida, agreed to extend the Riverwalk and construct a new seawall and docks along the Intracoastal Waterway.

This agreement with the Town of Jupiter enabled the Town to obtain a grant from the Florida Inland Navigation District in the amount of $1,655,010, with matching funds from the developer.

This component of the project will provide residents and visitors access to 2.5 miles of the Intracoastal Waterway.
