Allied Capital & Development has been informed that its Jupiter, Florida development, Harbourside Place will receive an award in the esteemed International Property Awards – 2013 Americas regional competition. Harbourside Place, the multi-use development that is slated to become the Town of Jupiter’s new downtown, competed against more than 300 like developments in the Americas. Allied Capital has been invited to attend a high-profile gala and presentation dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London December 6, 2013 to accept their award.

The Americas Property Awards are part of the long established International Property Awards, the world’s richest competition when measured by the value of the projects entered. The Americas Property Awards rank amongst the most prestigious commendations in the residential and commercial property industries. Participants from the United States, Canada, Central and South America, and the Caribbean enter for the chance to win at a state, national, regional or international level. A high-caliber jury of international experts identifies the most significant building projects as well as the highest quality real estate agencies, industry marketing campaigns and websites. Awards are distributed for development, architecture, interior design and real estate categories.

The highest scoring winners from the Americas will be announced as the best in their region and be automatically entered into the International Property Awards final competition. The Americas regional winners will compete against other regional winners from Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the UK. The winners of the International Property Awards will be announced during the December 6 event.

Harbourside Place will host a minimum of 24 events per year, including small concerts, festivals and cultural exhibits.
