U.S. Immigration Fund Announces I-829 Petition Approvals for The Charles EB-5 Project in New York City
I-829 petition approvals have now been issued for another successful U.S. Immigration Fund project offering, The Charles, resulting in a combined total of more than 3,200 U.S. Immigration Fund investors with I-829 and/or I-526 approvals.
New York, NY – February 14th, 2018 – U.S. Immigration Fund (“USIF”) is proud to announce the first I-829 petition approvals issued to EB-5 investors who invested in The Charles in New York City. To date, more than 3,200 U.S. Immigration Fund investors have received I-829 and/or I-526 approvals.
The I-829 petition requests to remove the conditions of the investor’s conditional I-526 Visa and is the final step of the EB-5 visa process for immigrant investors to become lawful permanent residents of the U.S. The I-829 petition includes evidence that the immigrant investor successfully met all United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requirements of the EB-5 Program, specifically that the full $500,000 investment was made and the required jobs were created. Once the I-829 is approved, an investor’s conditional residency restriction is lifted, allowing the investor, his/her spouse, and unmarried children under the age of 21 to live in the United States permanently. The approval of the I-829 petition indicates that the EB-5 investment was a success.
“We want to congratulate our EB-5 investors who recently received their I-829 petition approvals,” said Nicholas Mastroianni III, President of USIF. “We wish these families all the best on realizing their own American Dream”.
Nick Mastroianni II, CEO and Chairman of USIF added, “Achieving I-829 approvals for yet another one of our EB-5 projects is a significant achievement for our company and we look forward to helping many more investors in the years to come.”
The Charles is located at 1355 First Avenue, New York, NY. Designed by David Collins Studio, the property offers modern architecture and stunning views of Manhattan and consists of both luxury condominiums and ground-floor retail. The Charles was a record setter amongst its peers – the penthouse contract for $37.94 million was the highest price ever paid for a condominium east of Third Avenue on the Upper East Side.
USIF has established itself as a leader in the industry with great success for their EB-5 investors in 24 notable projects including West 57th, Via Mizner, 855 Avenue of the Americas, The Charles, and many more. These approvals are just one of the many major milestones achieved as USIF continues to work to help all investors reach their ultimate goal of becoming United States residents.
