PRESIDENT & CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
With the company since inception, Mr. Nicholas A. Mastroianni III is the President overseeing all U.S. Immigration Fund companies. Mr. Mastroianni uses his knowledge gained from studying abroad obtaining his Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Management, Marketing and Finance to ensure that all aspects of the EB-5 Program are completed. After studying and traveling overseas, Mastroianni III applied his post-secondary education to a career in domestic sales, multi-regional construction/development and now the expansion of the United States EB-5 Program.
Mastroianni III manages a number of Regional Vice Presidents, who reside in the U.S., Asia and the company’s other foreign markets. Setting the longterm goals and overseeing the achievement of critical milestones for the U.S. Immigration Fund, he has helped build a corporate reputation for being a stellar resource of information on the EB-5 Program. He and his father, Nicholas Mastroianni II, work in partnership to facilitate new projects and opportunities in a global marketplace, which includes well-known developers, foreign investor pools and influential legislative officials. Mastroianni III maintains strong economic and business relationships around the world in order to create employment opportunities for workers in the United States.
Further, Mr. Mastroianni utilizes his memberships and relationships with Invest In the USA (IIUSA), Palm Beach County’s Business Development Board (BDB), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and International Immigration Professionals to bring expertise to the Regional Centers and the EB-5 Investors.
Leveraging the strength of his companies, Mastroianni III has enthusiastically accepted the responsibility of contributing to his South Florida and New York community in several philanthropic ways. He sits on the board of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Palm Beach Chapter and serves as committee member for several philanthropic organizations. In 2015, Mastroianni III was named ‘Young Professional of the Year’ from South Florida’s NPB Chamber of Commerce.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mr. Giresi joined U.S. Immigration Fund in 2012 and is the company’s Chief Operating Officer. As a lawyer and business executive, Mr. Giresi has held several executive leadership roles for Fortune 500 Companies worldwide including Burger King Corporation, Limited Brands, Inc. and NXT Nutritionals Holdings, Inc
Within Burger King Corporation from 1985 to 2000, Mr. Giresi held numerous executive positions including Senior Vice President, Worldwide General Counsel and Senior Vice President of U.S. Franchise Operations Development. He was responsible for the operation of 7,000 restaurants.
From 2000 to 2008, he held several executive roles for Limited Brands, Inc., including Executive Vice President of Retail Operations responsible for the Store Operations, Real Estate, Store Design & Construction and Loss Prevention for the Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, EXPRESS, LIMITED, La Senza, White Barn Candle Company, and Henri Bendel branded specialty retail stores. Mr. Giresi also held the positions of Vice President of Store Operations, Senior Vice President and Chief Stores Officer, and Executive Vice President International, and served on the Company’s Executive Committee and Ethics Committee.
From 2010 to 2012, he was the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of NXT Nutritionals Holdings, Inc., which markets and sells healthy alternative food and beverages. Mr. Giresi is a proud graduate of Villanova University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and receiving a Juris Doctor of Law from Seton Hall Law School.
CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER & GENERAL COUNSEL
Ashley Flucas joined U.S. Immigration Fund in 2014 and serves as Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel. Ms. Flucas graduated from Harvard Law School with a J.D. in 2011 and Cum Laude from Duke University in 2008 with a B.A. in Political Science. Ms. Flucas is a member of the New York State Bar and is a registered in-house counsel in Florida.
Prior to joining U.S. Immigration Fund, Ms. Flucas worked in the Capital Markets practice of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in London, UK where she served as counsel in connection with international equity and debt offerings in Europe, Africa and Asia.
Ms. Flucas has also served as an associate in the Corporate and Securities Group of Greenberg Traurig LLP where she focused on advising public and private companies on corporate and securities law issues, including securities offerings, regulatory filings, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Jianlan Sheng, as the Managing Director of U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF), has significantly contributed to the firm’s impressive achievements since her start in 2010. Her strategic leadership has been instrumental in securing $2.9 billion in EB-5 investment capital from investors worldwide.
In her critical role at USIF, Jianlan oversees the company’s international relations, skillfully cultivating and maintaining partnerships across the globe. Her adept handling of these relationships has been central to USIF’s international success, making her an indispensable part of the company’s global strategy. Her ability to identify and leverage market opportunities has elevated USIF’s global profile and expanded its client base. Her leadership ensures that the business development team not only achieves its goals but also excels in customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
With a Master of Law from the University of Wisconsin Madison Law School and a Bachelor of Law from Yantai University, Jianlan brings a strong legal foundation to her role, which is crucial for navigating the complexities of the EB-5 investment landscape. Fluent in Chinese and English, and conversational in French, her language skills are a valuable asset in her business operations across global markets.

Her results-driven mindset and comprehensive international experience have cemented USIF’s status as a leading entity in this competitive sector.

Emily Zhu is a seasoned professional with expertise in real estate development marketing, law, and private offerings. She currently serves as the VP of Business Development, Head of East Asia at U.S. Immigration Fund, where she drives marketing and business strategies for EB-5 offerings.
As Managing Director of a New York-based regional center, she raised and deployed investment funds from hundreds of EB-5 investors worldwide, contributing to community development in New York City.
Her studies in journalism at the University of Queensland and the University of Sydney have been instrumental in helping her craft effective marketing strategies and engage with diverse investors. She further refined her problem-solving skills at Archer & Greiner, P.C., and her LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania strengthened her analytical mindset, making her a well-rounded professional in the EB-5 industry.

Akshat Gupta, Director of Business Development at U.S. Immigration Fund, is based in New Delhi, India, and specializes in guiding investors through the EB-5 process.
With a strong background in business consulting and fundraising, Akshat has been instrumental in organizing seminars and roadshows across India, educating potential investors on the benefits of the EB-5 program.
His deep understanding of U.S. immigration policies and commitment to client success make him a trusted advisor for those seeking permanent residency through investment.

Edwin John holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from SP Jain School of Global Management and has extensive experience in venture capital, finance, and real estate.
He started his career at JP Morgan Chase, where he spent eight years rising through the ranks. Edwin has also worked with real estate giants like Macrotech Developers and Piramal Realty, managing large-scale projects in Mumbai.
This is his second tenure with U.S. Immigration Fund, having previously played a crucial role in raising EB-5 capital for one of the firm’s largest projects from 2018 to 2022.

Huaiyang Chang (Benny) was born in Taiwan and has extensive experience in international finance and investment. He previously managed investment projects at a family office in Singapore, developing deep expertise in the field. Since 2018, he has focused on immigration and overseas real estate investment, dedicated to providing investors with optimal global asset allocation strategies. He is deeply grateful to USIF for the opportunity to join this globally renowned team and collaborate with top industry professionals to create greater international opportunities for investors. With extensive experience in business development and a deep understanding of the Taiwanese market, Benny has officially joined the USIF team and is committed to working with colleagues around the world to expand the company’s global presence. Vice President of Finance & Asset Management
Sean Campbell is the Vice President of Finance at U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF), where he is responsible for origination of structured loans, project underwriting and relationship management. He works closely with developers from project inception to loan payback to ensure efficiency and completion. Sean also regularly interfaces with the international capital markets team to ensure the current interests of EB-5 investors are being met through new offerings.
Before joining USIF, Sean was a Senior Financial Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Capital Markets Team, specializing in underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, and market analysis for office, industrial, and retail transactions. Prior to that, he worked at Avison Young’s Chicago Capital Markets Group, where he led underwriting for over $1 billion in investment sales and $50 million in development equity placements. He began his career as an Asset Management Analyst at Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, double-majoring in Real Estate and Finance. He is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and NAIOP’s South Florida Chapter.
