Ashley Flucas

Ashley Flucas is the Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel at U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF), where she has been a vital part of the executive leadership team since 2014. In her dual role, Ashley brings a unique combination of legal expertise and strategic insight, helping guide USIF’s mission and long-term growth initiatives while overseeing all legal matters across its portfolio.

Before joining USIF, Ashley cultivated a global legal perspective through her work in the Capital Markets practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in London, where she advised on cross-border equity and debt transactions spanning Europe, Africa, and Asia. She also served as an associate in the Corporate and Securities Group at Greenberg Traurig LLP, focusing on corporate governance, securities regulation, and M&A for both public and private companies.

Ashley’s deep legal background and strategic mindset make her a key force behind USIF’s continued success in navigating complex regulatory environments and global investment landscapes.

A proud graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D., 2011), Ashley also earned her B.A. in Political Science cum laude from Duke University. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and registered as in-house counsel in Florida.
