Cheikh ‘Moussa’ Ndiaye

Cheikh ‘Moussa’ Ndiaye serves as Vice President of Business Development and Head of EMEA at U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF). Moussa leads the firm’s strategic expansion and investor outreach across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), delivering personalized guidance to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) navigating the EB-5 program. He is an accomplished investor relations and business development executive with over a decade of experience in the EB-5 investment immigration industry. With a passion for cross-cultural engagement, Moussa remains dedicated to helping families from around the world achieve their U.S. immigration and investment goals. 

Originally from Senegal, Moussa studied and worked in France before legally immigrating to the U.S. in 2014. He plays a key role in educating international investors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cultivating trusted relationships with immigration attorneys and referral partners. His efforts helped successfully place EB-5 capital into numerous U.S. development projects. 

Moussa is known for his culturally fluent communication and deep understanding of the global investor mindset. He frequently speaks at international conferences and contributes to industry publications. His track record includes building new market segments and providing expert investor support from initial consultation through project investment. 

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Sales and completed graduate-level courses in Risk Management in France.
