Chief Operating Officer
Mark Giresi serves as the Chief Operating Officer at U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF), having joined the firm in 2012. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s EB-5 investment fund operations, executing strategic business initiatives, and ensuring rigorous compliance and operational excellence across the organization.
A seasoned attorney and business executive, he brings extensive leadership experience from global Fortune 500 companies, including Burger King Corporation, Limited Brands, Inc., and NXT Nutritionals Holdings, Inc. At Burger King, he was responsible for the operations of 7,000 restaurants worldwide and he held several executive positions, including Senior Vice President, Worldwide General Counsel, and Senior Vice President of U.S. Franchise Operations Development.
At Limited Brands, he served in several executive capacities, including Executive Vice President of Retail Operations, where he was responsible for the Store Operations, Real Estate, Store Design & Construction, and Loss Prevention for the Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, EXPRESS, LIMITED, La Senza, White Barn Candle Company, and Henri Bendel branded specialty retail stores. He also served on the company’s Executive Committee and Ethics Committee.
Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of NXT Nutritionals Holdings, a company focused on the development and marketing of healthy alternative food and beverage products.
Mark earned his B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University and received his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School.
