Vice President of Finance & Asset Management
Sean Campbell is the Vice President of Finance & Asset Management at U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF). He is responsible for leading structured loan origination, project underwriting, and portfolio management. He works in close partnership with developers from project inception to loan payback to ensure efficiency and financial performance. He plays a key role in collaborating with the global capital markets team to align new offerings with the evolving priorities and strategic objectives of EB-5 investors.
Before joining USIF, he was a Senior Financial Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Capital Markets team, specializing in underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, and market analysis for office, industrial, and retail transactions. Prior to that, he worked at Avison Young’s Chicago Capital Markets Group, where he led underwriting for investment sales and equity placements. He began his career as an Asset Management Analyst at Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, double majoring in Real Estate and Finance. He is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and NAIOP’s South Florida Chapter.
