We are pleased to announce two new additions to the US Immigration Fund team; Sean McKissic, Senior Business Analyst and Paul Angelo, Senior Development Manager.
Sean McKissic, Senior Business Analyst, is a veteran of the commercial real estate business, bringing over 22 years of industry related experience to the company. Prior to joining US Immigration Fund, Mr. McKissic served as Sr. Business Underwriter for a national business lender located in Coral Springs, Florida. Mr. McKissic also served as the Senior Investment Analyst for Vornado Realty Trust, and as Asset Manager at both Palin Enterprises and Emmes Asset Management Corp. before relocating to Boca Raton, Florida from New York. Mr. McKissic graduated from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT with a BA in economics. He received his RPA (Real Property Administrator) and FMA designations from Building Operators and Managers Association (BOMA) in 2000 and is also a Licensed Insurance Agent in the State of Florida.
Paul Angelo, Senior Development Manager, has extensive experience in the planning, development, acquisition and entitlement of Florida real estate projects. As Vice-President of Planning for Westinghouse Communities and WCI Communities he focused on master planned, amenitized communities as well as condominiums, mixed use and marina/waterfront project approvals. He has demonstrated the ability to work with all stakeholders and successfully lead project teams. Locally, In Palm Beach County he led WCI’s strategic planning and entitlement efforts for its Northern Palm Beach County portfolio, including such projects as Old Palm and Evergrene in Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter Country Club/Parcel 19 and Jupiter Yacht Club in the Town of Jupiter, Harbour Isles in North Palm Beach and Frenchman’s Harbor in Unincorporated Palm Beach County. Mr. Angelo has a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and Community Association Manager.
