U.S. Immigration Fund’s EB-5 project located at 280 Cadman Plaza West in Brooklyn Heights continues to rise as scheduled. Referred to as One Clinton, the 36-story mixed use building is designed by Marvel Architects and developed by Hudson Companies. The project with span 295,000 square feet and includes 134 residential units. The new Brooklyn Heights Library that originally stood at the site will be revamped and will take up 9,000 square feet on the ground floor and includes a STEM research center.
The building is located where Clinton Street and Cadman Plaza West intersect. The facade is rising steadily on the eastern and western sides and on the upper mechanical floors, scaffolding has been elevated with cables that hang down the height of the building.
One Clinton residences include luxury interiors designed by Studio DB and features extravagant layouts with oversized windows with palatial views of the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood, the harbor and Lower Manhattan. Amenities include a full service 24-hour attended lobby and resident manager, a package room with refrigerated storage, a 26th floor 3,500 square-foot sky lounge complete with full entertaining kitchen.
The common terrace area includes a full entertaining kitchen, bar and grilling station along outdoor lounge spaces. The terrace is surrounded by a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga room, hot tub and sauna, and a children’s play center. Residents will also be able to take advantage of a massive screening room, musical rehearsal space, library study, bicycle storage and private storage for purchase.
