One of America’s most successful EB-5 Regional Centers, U.S. Immigration Fund, has announced the much anticipated I-924 project approval of the distinguished 76 Eleventh Avenue project in New York City.

Jupiter, FL. January 20, 2018– U.S. Immigration Fund (“USIF”) is proud to announce that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) issued an official determination that the 76 Eleventh Avenue project (76-11) was compliant with the requirements of the EB-5 Investor Visa Program and received its I-924 approval on December 13th, 2017.  The I-924 approval complements a long list of unique qualities that have come to characterize the 76-11 project.

“We are very excited to receive an I-924 approval for our 76 Eleventh Avenue project,” said President of U.S. Immigration Fund, Nicholas A. Mastroianni III. “This approval is another milestone for this outstanding project in New York City and it gives great comfort to our investors that the project satisfies the EB-5 Program requirements.”

Located in one of the most exciting development sites in New York City, 76-11 occupies an entire city block along the Hudson River in the Chelsea district.  The land was acquired by HFZ Capital Group in 2015 for a then record land price of $870 million, and was backed by global financiers JP Morgan and Blackrock.

Since 2015, the developer, HFZ Capital Group, has worked to bring together a world-class team to allow this project to come to fruition.  From the architecture firm Bjarke Ingles (BIG), real estate brokerage firm Douglas Elliman, to international finance group The Children’s Fund, the project has attracted some of the best in the business.

Ideally suited for EB-5 investment, the 76-11 project has secured senior financing, acquired necessary permits, and is already under construction.  The $2 billion project commenced construction in early 2016 and has a completion date set for the 2nd quarter of 2019.  The twin-tower design provides unobstructed 360 degree views of New York, and includes a luxury 5-star hotel and spa, and luxury high-rise residential, commercial and retail space.

The USCIS I-924 approval on the 76-11 project is yet another significant milestone for U.S. Immigration Fund, who has never had an adjudicated EB-5 project denied. U.S. Immigration Fund’s 24 projects will total roughly 18,000 EB-5 green cards arising from 6,000 investors and their families, numbers unmatched within the EB-5 industry.
