U.S. Immigration Fund Celebrates First I-829 Approval for 701 TSQ
New York City’s Times Square is the number one retail and travel destination in the world, attracting an unprecedented 300 million annual visitors and generating annual retail and entertainment sales revenue in excess of $4.8 billion. The first, and likely the last, new construction project in Times Square in 25 years, 701 TSQ will enter the market to offer hotel, retail and restaurant space, as well as the largest interactive LED sign in the state.
The project features a 452-room EDITION hotel, designed by Ian Schraeger, 40,000 square feet of highly visible food, beverage and entertainment space, 76,000 square feet of multi-floor retail and a 12-foot high, 18,000 square foot LED display.
