U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF) is excited to announce an I-829 petition approval for an EB-5 investor in the new residential development The Greenwich (125 Greenwich) by Rafael Viñoly, marking a significant milestone for both the investors and the project as a whole.

Featuring architecture by the late designer Rafael Viñoly and interiors by the critically acclaimed global firm MAWD, The Greenwich is an 88-story tower that is a distinctive modern addition to Downtown Manhattan, one of New York City’s most captivating neighborhoods.

Developed in a collaborative partnership between Fortress Investment Group, Bizzi & Partners, and Bilgili, the building promises its residents an unparalleled living experience. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is exclusively handling sales and marketing for the project, which will launch sales this year.

Form I-829 is the permanent Green Card application, and once approved, conditions are removed from the investors’ two-year conditional Green Cards and permanent residency is granted qualifying them to apply for U.S. citizenship. With the first approval obtained, USCIS will now grant approval to all other qualified investors in the project.
