U.S. Immigration Fund EB-5 Project Update: Marriott Edition Opens Making it 21st Hotel in WeHo

The Marriott West Hollywood Edition hotel and residences, a U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF) EB-5 project that was recently completed and opened to the public in Q4 2019. The Edition Hotel is the 21^stin West Hollywood (WeHo). The hotel contains 190 guest rooms over 13 stories and amenities include a state-of-the-art gym, distinguished restaurant and lavish rooftop pool and bar complete with panoramic views of WeHo.

Within the WeHo Edition hotel, floors 9 through 13 contain residence condominiums with separate entrances and private pool. The condos range from one to four bedrooms with prices starting at $5 million. Information on sales can be found here.
