U.S. Immigration Fund Project, 29th & 5th Begins Foundation Work in NoMad

Construction is successfully underway for the U.S. Immigration Fund EB-5 Project, 29th and 5th, located at 3 W 29th St. in the NoMad neighborhood in New York. The building is designed by Bjarke Ingels Group and developed by HFZ Capital Group. The 29th and 5th will consist of more than 600,000 square feet of A+ office space. With construction underway, substantial excavation progress is expected by the end of the year.

Construction Progress

Following excavation, reinforced concrete foundations will be constructed, and the building is estimated to rise above street level in 2020. 29thand 5thincludes a LEED certified design with employee wellness central to the design elements.

29th and 5thThe goal for the building and office space is to promote a healthy workspace for everyone utilizing the building. One of the most notable building features includes outdoor terraces on every floor. To attract businesses of all sizes, smaller 13,400 square foot floor plates will be used throughout.

29th and 5th29thand 5th received I-924 approval in April of this year and do have spots available for interested EB-5 investors.
