Construction on U.S. Immigration Fund EB-5 project, Brooklyn Public Library is continuing to make steady progress in Brooklyn Heights. The façade is now rising for the 36-story, mixed-used residential tower named One Clinton. The building consists of 295,000 square feet and includes 134 residential units and a new public library, replacing the former Brooklyn Heights library. The triangular shaped building is located at Clinton Street and Cadman Plaza West. The project is also referred to as 280 Cadman Plaza West.

One Clinton Facade 280 CadmanThe retail space located on the ground-floor includes The Brooklyn Roasting Company and a Smorgasburg curated food vendors. A 9,000-square-foot STEM research center is located next to the public library. The project is designed by Marvel Architects and developed by Hudson Companies, and is expected to be completed sometime in 2020.

One Clinton includes luxury residential interiors designed by Studio DB and features expansive layouts with oversized windows with views of the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood, the harbor and Lower Manhattan. Amenities include a full service 24-attended lobby and resident manager, a package room with refrigerated storage, a 26th floor 3,500 square-foot sky lounge with a full entertaining kitchen.

The common terrace area includes a full entertaining kitchen and bar, grilling station and outdoor lounge spaces. The terrace is surrounded by a cutting-edge fitness center, yoga room, hot tub and sauce, and a children’s play center. In addition, residents can take advantage of a screening room and musical rehearsal space, residents’ study, bicycle storage, private storage for purchase, underground parking spaces for purchase, high capacity laundry room, dry cleaning valet service and Wi-Fi in all common areas.
