New Zealand billionaire signs a contract to buy a unit at U.S. Immigration Fund EB-5 Project, XI in Chelsea, New York.

The XI, a U.S. Immigration Fund EB-5 project, is home to the first Six Senses Hotel in the United States – and potentially Graeme Hart, a private equity executive from New Zealand with a reported net worth of over $7 billion.

Hart is in contract for a $34 million-dollar penthouse in the Manhattan neighborhood of Chelsea. The XI is right along the famed High Line. The unit is 5,782 square feet and consists of 5 bedrooms plus 322 square feet of outdoor space. Residents also enjoy access to all of the Six Senses Hotel amenities. This includes an exquisite 75-foot glass-enclosed sunlit swimming pool surrounded by a hot tub and poolside cabanas on the expansive deck. The luxury spa features men’s and women’s steam rooms, saunas and cold plunges. The entire 950,000 square-foot project consists of 236 condominiums in addition to 137 Six Senses rooms, retail, and a new park.
