After four years of construction, the highly anticipated Edition Hotel and Residences is finally set to open on West Hollywood’s Sunset Strip.
The $300-million project was developed by a joint venture between Witkoff and New Valley. Designed by British architect John Pawson with direction from Ian Schrager, the mixed-use complex will serve as the Edition brand’s West Coast flagship.
The 13-story building fronting Sunset Boulevard will serve as the hotel portion of the project with 190 guest rooms. Amenities include a signature restaurant, a spa, a 24-hour fitness center, meeting and event space, and a rooftop pool and bar.
The luxury residences include 20 condominiums, with a mix of one- to four-bedroom floor plans that range between 1,659 and 6,415 square feet. Residents will have their own dedicated entrance lobby and a private rooftop pool terrace, while still being able to access the hotel’s services and amenities.
The West Hollywood Edition Hotel will open this August, with rooms to be priced between $400 and $500 per night.
A mile east on the Sunset Strip, the $240-million Pendry Hotel & Residences is currently on the rise.
