I-526 petition approvals have now been issued for another successful U.S. Immigration Fund project offering, The West Hollywood Marriott Edition Hotel and Residences, resulting in a combined total of more than 3,200 U.S. Immigration Fund investors with I-829 and/or I-526 approvals.

Jupiter, FL – March 26th, 2018 – U.S. Immigration Fund (“USIF”) is proud to announce the first I-526 petition approvals issued to EB-5 investors who invested in The West Hollywood Marriott Edition Hotel and Residences in Los Angeles, California.

The I-526 Immigrant Petition is filed by the EB-5 investor to demonstrate that they are in the process of investing, or have already invested the required amount of capital in an EB-5 project. Once an investor’s I-526 is approved, he or she can apply for permanent resident status and their conditional permanent residence card is typically issued within 2-4 weeks of the approval. The approval of the I-526 indicates that a foreign investor is one step closer to obtaining permanent residency status in the United States.

“We want to congratulate our EB-5 investors who recently received their I-526 petition approvals,” said Nicholas Mastroianni II, CEO and Chairman of USIF. “We wish these families all the best on establishing their residence in the United States”.

Nicholas Mastroianni III, President of USIF added, “We have now received I-526 approvals on 19 of our EB-5 projects. Achieving I-526 approvals for another one of our EB-5 funded projects is an outstanding achievement for our company and we look forward to helping many more investors in the years to come.”

The West Hollywood Edition will consist of two connected towers including the 13 story Sunset Building and the 9 story Harratt Building. The Sunset Tower will include the lobby, signature restaurant, meeting space, eight floors of hotel rooms, 17 condominium residences, and rooftop pool and bar. The south facing Harratt Street Tower will house the spa, fitness center, hotel rooms with terraces, 3 condominium residences and private resident rooftop pool. The project is currently under construction and creating numerous jobs for the Southern California community.

The USCIS project approval on the West Hollywood Edition project is another significant milestone for U.S. Immigration Fund, who has never had an adjudicated EB-5 project denial. USIF has established itself as a leader in the industry with great success for its EB-5 investors in 24 notable projects including West 57th, Via Mizner, 855 Avenue of the Americas, The Charles, and more which will contribute over $15 billion to the United States economy including almost $3 billion of EB-5 financing from approximately 6,000 investors at the time of completion. USIF continues to work tirelessly to help all investors reach their goal of becoming United States residents.
