Aiming to provide the ultimate New Years Eve viewing experience in Times Square, new renderings of USIF’s TSX Broadway project include images of raising the theater more than 30 feet and building a 669-room hotel above the stage. The stage is Times Square’s first outdoor stage to date.

TSX Broadway is located at 1568 Broadway in New York’s Times Square. The building is a state-of-the-art mixed-use project with an all-star team that includes Fortress Investment Group, Maefield Development, and L&L Holding Company. EB-5 financing for the project was funded by U.S. Immigration Fund. The building itself is being designed into a one-of-a-kind innovative billboard that – amidst the LED billboard capital – Times Square has never seen before.

The project is the “first entire-building immersive experience” according to developers. In addition to the 46-story hotel, there is roughly 75,000 square feet of experiential retail space. For New Years, the hotel plans to offer 30 “Ball Drop” suites that overlook the historical celebrations, and suites could go up to $15,000 per night.
