17 Mar U.S. Immigration Fund Executives Return From Successful Trip to China
Press Release – For Immediate Release
Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
March 17, 2012
U.S. Immigration Fund executives and representatives have just returned from another successful trip to Mainland China to meet with potential EB-5 Investors. The team presented to more than 500 individuals and their families to discuss the potential opportunity to invest in the EB-5 Visa Program.
The EB-5 program allows foreigners to invest in United States, USCIS Approved, projects that stimulate the U.S. economy. EB-5 participants will make an investment of $500,000 or $1,000,000 USD into a U.S. project that will create at least 10 jobs for U.S. citizens from the said investment. In return, the investor will receive a return on their investment, as well as a conditional United States Green Card. This can be obtained for yourself, your spouse, and any unmarried children up to 21 years of age. More information on the EB-5 visa can be found on www.flregionalcenter.com.
The EB-5 investor meetings highlighted the details of the Harbourside Place Project in Jupiter, Florida, which is currently being funded by EB-5 investments. The development is currently under construction and is set on the East Coast of Florida by the Atlantic Ocean. The facility will feature an entertainment plaza and outdoor amphitheatre, retail space, restaurants and eateries, office sites, hotel accommodations and marina slips. Harbourside Place is projected to create more than 2,400 jobs over the next three years and will provide exceptional economic stimulus for the region.
The highlight of the trip took place in Shanghai, China, where the U.S. Immigration Fund showcased at the Invest in America 2012 Summit and Exhibition. Showcasing their current and future EB-5 projects, the team of U.S. Immigration Fund EB-5 experts and staff helped to educate future investors on the benefits and nuances of this U.S. Visa Program. While this event displayed many investment opportunities for foreign investors in American projects, it ultimately allowed the U.S. Immigration Fund to showcase why it is a step ahead of the competition in bringing financially sound and prestigious projects to market. In interviewing U.S. Immigration Fund’s Director of International Operations, Nicholas Mastroianni III, he stated “…it was comforting to see such a large turnout for the event. The more involved immigration agents abroad interact with reputable Regional Centers and knowledgeable EB-5 attorney’s… the better the EB-5 Program will become internationally. Ultimately, this rectifies to the US Government the demand for a competitive investment immigration policy and the need to ensure the USCIS EB-5 Pilot Program becomes Permanent…”. The U.S. Immigration Fund is one of the few Regional Centers that have received post USCIS policy memorandum revision I-526 Approvals. Not only is the Harbourside Place project successfully under construction with the 1st phase recently completed, many of the project’s EB-5 investors have successfully received their I-526 conditional green card approvals and are on their way to permanent residency in the United States of America.
